A quick and flavorful dish featuring shrimp coated in a spicy, sweet glaze made with Sriracha and honey.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha for more or less heat.
- Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
