Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, beans, and spices.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and serve hot.
