Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Agave syrup
- 3–4 slices Jalapeño slices
- 1 cup Sparkling water
- for rimming the glass Salt
- for garnish Lime wedges
- for garnish Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Rim the edge of a glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.
- In a shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices with the fresh lime juice and agave syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of fresh cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or fewer jalapeño slices.
- For a sweeter mocktail, increase the amount of agave syrup.
- Feel free to experiment with other fresh herbs like mint for a different flavor profile.
