- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha and red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken overnight.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
