- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and lime juice.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add jalapeño slices on top of chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve.

- Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
- Marinate chicken for 1-2 hours for deeper flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
