Description
A delicious chicken fillet dish with a spicy, creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Serve with pasta or vegetables.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
