Spicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken in 20 Minutes

Description

A delicious chicken fillet dish with a spicy, creamy garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
  • Serve with pasta or vegetables.
  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
