- 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub steaks with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a pan, heat butter and garlic. Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve steak with grilled asparagus.
