- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl. Mix in lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper for guacamole.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Fill tortillas with beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream.
Notes
- Use lean beef for a healthier option.
- Adjust the cayenne for more or less heat.
- Serve with extra lime wedges on the side.
