Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and stir.
  6. Add lemon juice and parsley, then stir well.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with remaining oil.
  8. Serve immediately.
