  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Coat chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Brown chicken on both sides, then remove and set aside.
  5. Cook onions in the same skillet until soft.
