- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
