Instructions

  2. Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Shape the dough into bagels and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Boil water in a large pot and gently place bagels in the water for 1 minute on each side.
