Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the sourdough starter and water. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Add your desired toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.

- For best results, use active sourdough starter.
- Let the dough rise overnight for a more developed flavor.
