Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine the sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
- Adjust the thickness of the batter with more milk if needed.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
