Instructions

  3. Add the egg, sugar, and melted butter to the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly.
  7. Pour batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  8. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  9. Repeat with remaining batter.
