Ingredients

- 200g sourdough starter
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 300ml milk
- 2 large eggs
- 30g sugar
- 10g baking powder
- 5g salt
- 30g butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter and milk until combined.
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
- Add the egg mixture to the sourdough mixture and blend well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of the batter with more or less milk.
- For fluffier pancakes, let the batter sit for 30 minutes before cooking.
