  • 30g butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter and milk until combined.
  2. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and melted butter together.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the sourdough mixture and blend well.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
