- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter with flour and milk.
- Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
- Add sugar, baking soda, salt, eggs, and melted butter to the mixture.
- Stir until combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of the batter by adding more milk or flour.
- For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest longer.
- You can add vanilla extract for extra flavor.
