Instructions

  2. In another bowl, combine sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet, cooking until bubbles form on top.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown.
