- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sourdough starter, milk, and egg.
- Stir in melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Use active sourdough starter for best results.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat pancakes in a toaster or microwave.
