- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Add lemon zest, baking soda, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
