Ingredients
Scale
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 50ml olive oil
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme)
- Sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, water, and sourdough starter.
- Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Add salt and olive oil, and knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet.
- Stretch the dough gently to fit the pan.
- Let it rest for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Poke dimples in the dough and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
