- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup softened butter (for filling)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1 tbsp milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Mix sourdough starter, warm milk, sugar, melted butter, egg, and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a 12×16-inch rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly from the long edge and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased pan, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle with icing before serving.
