- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sourdough starter, cheddar cheese, and softened butter.
- Add flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until combined.
- Roll the dough into a thin sheet on a floured surface.
- Cut into small squares or desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy your sourdough cheez its.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Optionally, add more spices for extra flavor.
