Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sourdough starter, water, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise for 4 hours.
  4. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
  5. Let it rise for another 2 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  7. Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool the bread on a rack.
  9. Spread blueberry jam on slices of bread.
