Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
Instructions
- Mix flour, sourdough starter, water, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it rise for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Bake the bread for 30 minutes.
- Cool the bread on a rack.
- Spread blueberry jam on slices of bread.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for jam if possible.
- Store leftover jam in the refrigerator.
