  3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes on a floured surface.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 4-6 hours.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it in a proofing basket.
  6. Let it proof for 2-3 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).
  8. Place the loaf on a baking stone or tray and score the top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
