- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter with the milk, sugar, lemon juice, and eggs.
- In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
