  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter with the milk, sugar, lemon juice, and eggs.
  3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
