- 2 cups sourdough starter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough starter, flours, water, sugar, and salt.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 4-6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another hour.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.

- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
