Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, stirring well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
- Spread batter evenly into the pan.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool before slicing.

- For extra chewiness, slightly underbake.
