Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour, chopped nuts, and salt, mixing until combined.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool slightly, then roll them in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Once fully cooled, roll them in powdered sugar again for a snowy finish.
