Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add chicken broth, chicken, carrots, and potatoes.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add frozen peas and thyme, stir well.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
