Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of diced chicken
- 1 cup of carrots, chopped
- 1 cup of potatoes, diced
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup of heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add chicken broth, chicken, carrots, and potatoes.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add frozen peas and thyme, stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- This recipe is great for using leftover chicken.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
