Delicious bite-sized brownies filled with gooey marshmallows and chocolate for a fun twist on classic s’mores.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Press graham cracker crumbs into the muffin tin.
- Spoon brownie batter over the crumbs, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then add marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Bake for another 5 minutes until marshmallows melt.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Use a spoon to press marshmallows slightly into the batter.
- Let them cool completely for easier removal.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
