Description

A spicy twist on classic meatloaf stuffed with jalapeños, cheese, and topped with smoky ranch drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chipotle sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix ranch dressing and chipotle sauce.
  6. Drizzle over meatloaf before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust jalapeños for more or less heat.
  • Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
  • Let meatloaf rest 5 minutes before slicing.
