Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf on the smoker rack.
- Smoke for about 2 to 2.5 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Brush with additional ketchup during the last 30 minutes.
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
