Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  5. Place the meatloaf on the smoker rack.
  6. Smoke for about 2 to 2.5 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  7. Brush with additional ketchup during the last 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
