Ingredients

- 3 pounds of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Smoke the potatoes for 1 to 1.5 hours, until heated through and slightly browned on top.
