Ingredients

  • 3 pounds of potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the potatoes and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
