- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place the sliced beef in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and beef broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.
