Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the slow cooker.
- Add the peppercorns, garlic, and onion on top.
- Arrange the carrots and potatoes around the meat.
- Pour beef broth and water over the ingredients.
- Add mustard seeds and bay leaf.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Remove meat and let rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and broth.
