- 3–4 lbs corned beef brisket
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon pickling spice
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the slow cooker.
- Add water, onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and pickling spice.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Remove the corned beef and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and cooking liquid.
