- 1 head of cabbage, cut into wedges

- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Place the corned beef brisket in the slow cooker.
- Add the mustard, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
- Pour the beef broth over the brisket.
- Add the carrots and potatoes around the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Add the cabbage in the last hour of cooking.
- Remove the meat and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables.
