- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups diced bread
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 pound cooked sausage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grease the slow cooker.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add bread, cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Mix well until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until set.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
- Reheat leftovers in the microwave.
