Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  3. Place ribs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  4. Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
  6. Remove ribs, skim fat from the sauce, and serve.

Notes
