- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 slider buns
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- If using cheese, add a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble sliders with your choice of toppings.
