- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray both sides of the chicken cutlets with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
