Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and salt until well combined.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula until scrambled and cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Arrange scrambled eggs on plates with toast on the side.
- Serve with a side of fresh fruit and a glass of orange juice.
