- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
