- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Wooden skewers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Skewer the shrimp onto wooden sticks.
- Dip each shrimp into Alfredo sauce, ensuring full coverage.
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg, milk, and baking powder.
- Coat each shrimp in the batter.
- Heat oil to 375°F in a deep fryer or large pot.
- Fry each shrimp stick for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
