  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breasts, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and place it on a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker, stirring it into the remaining juices for extra flavor.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
