Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breasts, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily with a fork.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and place it on a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker, stirring it into the remaining juices for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
