Easy shredded BBQ chicken made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Mix shredded chicken with sauce in the crockpot before serving.

- Serve on buns or over rice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
