Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  4. Add diced carrots and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
  6. Stir in tomato paste and beef broth.
  7. Add peas and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish.
  10. Spread mashed potatoes over the meat mixture.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
