Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer tater tots evenly on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add your favorite seasonings for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead and frozen.
