Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the peas, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the mashed potatoes until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
